MECON Limited invites application for the post of Junior Executive Associate, Executive Associate, Senior Executive Associate and Associate HR Manager on contract basis. Walk-in-interview 9^th and 10^th July 2015.

Junior Executive Associate (HR):-

• Qualification:- Candidate should be a Graduate and having full time regular MBA degree or equivalent two year duration with specification in HRM / HRD from a recognized institute AICTE / UGC approved plus minimum 02 / 06 year experience in Human Resource management encompassing performance management system. Formulating HR Policies, training need analysis, preparation of Annual training plan, Training Budget, Coordinating and organizing training programs of technical and soft skills by internal / external facilities, vocational training, and apprentice training.
• Pay Scale:- Rs 35000 – 38000/- Per Month
• Age Limit:- The age of the candidate should be 26 years.

Executive Associate (HR):-

• Qualification:- Candidate should be a Graduate and having full time regular MBA degree or equivalent two year duration with specification in HRM / HRD from a recognized institute AICTE / UGC approved plus minimum 02 / 06 year experience in Human Resource management encompassing performance management system. Formulating HR Policies, training need analysis, preparation of Annual training plan, Training Budget, Coordinating and organizing training programs of technical and soft skills by internal / external facilities, vocational training, and apprentice training.
• Pay Scale:- Rs 45000 – 50000/- Per Month
• Age Limit:- The age of the candidate should be 30 years.

Senior Executive Associate (HR):-

• Qualification:- Candidate should be a Graduate and having full time regular MBA degree or equivalent two year duration with specification in HRM / HRD from a recognized institute AICTE / UGC approved plus minimum 11 / 15 year experience in Human Resource management encompassing formulating HR Policies, skill development policies etc.
• Pay Scale:- Rs 60000 – 65000/- Per Month
• Age Limit:- The age of the candidate should be 35 years.

Associate (HR) Manager:-

• Qualification:- Candidate should be a Graduate and having full time regular MBA degree or equivalent two year duration with specification in HRM / HRD from a recognized institute AICTE / UGC approved plus minimum 11 / 15 year experience in Human Resource management encompassing formulating HR Policies, skill development policies etc.
• Pay Scale:- Rs 70000 – 75000/- Per Month
• Age Limit:- The age of the candidate should be 41 years.
