1. Assistant Professor: 6 posts
Mode of recruitment: Direct recruitment
Pay Scale: Pay Band – 3 of Rs. 15600 – 39100 with Academic Grade Pay (AGP) of Rs. 8000 per month
Minimum pay: Rs. 30000 per month
Qualifications & Experience: Ph.D. in the appropriate branch with at least three years industrial/ research/ teaching experience, excluding the experience gained while pursuing Ph.D.

Specialization required: Management with specialization in Basic Marketing/ Marketing Research/ Green Consumer
Behaviour/ International Marketing (Forestry Products)/ Green Marketing/ Rural Marketing;
(ii) Financial Management – 1 post
Specialization required: Micro-finance/ social finance/ financial inclusion/ rural finance/ development finance/ rural banking/ rural credit/ rural insurance, Sustainable finance/ forest finance/ environmental finance/ carbon finance / cooperative finance/ sustainable energy finance/ sustainable & responsible investment/ development investment/ sustainable micro & small enterprises/ commodities financing & trading;
(iii) Communication & Extension Management – 1 post
Specialization required: Mass or Media Communication/ Journalism/ Development Communication/ Forestry/ Agriculture or allied areas/ Extension Management;
(iv) Environment & Developmental Economics – 1 post
Specialization required: Ecological Economics/ Environmental Economics with specialization in Ecosystem-Economy Modeling and Conservation Finance.
(v) Information Technology & Quantitative Techniques – 1 post
Specialization required: Computer Science/ GIS and Remote sensing, Data base management having experience in NRM/ Statistics/ Environmental statistics & Modeling/ Climate change modeling/ data mining Techniques.
(vi) Strategic Management – 1 post
Specialization required: Management with specialization in Basic Strategic Management/ International Business/ Management Control Systems/ New Product Development Strategy/ Corporate Governance.
The appointment is subject to the production of a certificate of physical fitness from the prescribed medical authority of the Institute.
